You must read and agree to these terms and conditions before you can become a member of any site owned and operated by Pretty Petites.

1. By subscribing to Pretty Petites, you become a Member and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement, hereafter refereed to as "Agreement". By completing the Pretty Petites membership form you are agreeing to the terms of this Agreement. These terms and conditions can be changed at the discretion of Pretty Petites. It is up to each individual to refer to this page for any amendments. Once you have submitted the join form you have become a "Member". The parties to this Agreement are Pretty Petites, a Toronto Company, and you - the Member. This Agreement is subject to change by Pretty Petites at any time, and changes are effective upon notice to you, the Member.

2. You must be eighteen years of age or older (or twenty one dependant on area) to receive a membership. Payment for the appropriate services may be made by automatic credit card debit. Members will be automatically renewed for the original term (except the 6 day trial membership) upon expiration, unless Pretty Petites is notified via email two days prior to membership expiration. Trial Membership must be cancelled within three days after signup, else your membership will be automatically renewed at twenty four dollars and ninety five cents per month. Membership dues are non-refundable. Membership charge will appear on your credit card discreetly.

3. Membership may not be assigned or transferred to any other person(s). Member must promptly inform Pretty Petites of the following: changes in details related to credit card info(including but not limited to expiration date of any credit card used in connection with Pretty Petites and changes in home or billing address.) Upon request, Members will be given access to billing records that describes charges for use of the Service.

4. Current membership fees are as follows. (August 1 , 2000)

3 Day Trial Membership	.	$5.95 for 3 days - Renews to 1 month full access at $34.95
1 Month Access	.	$34.95 a month - renews monthly till until its canceled.

5. Notices posted on the Pretty Petites web site are deemed to have been received by you, the Member at such time as the Member visits the site.

6. Products and services found on Pretty Petites is for the private use of the Member. Such material shall not be transferred to any other individual or entity without the express consent of Pretty Petites. This material includes but is not limited to images, movies, audio or textual material and passwords.

7. No materials from any parts of Pretty Petites designated as HARDCORE may be downloaded to persons currently located in: Afghanistan, Kuwait, Iran, Iraq, Japan, Jordan, Libya, Pakistan, The Republic of China, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Syria, The United Arab Emirates,Alabama, Arkansas, except for Little Rock, Florida, except Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, and St. Petersburg, Georgia, except Atlanta, Kansas, except Kansas City, Kentucky, Michigan, except for Detroit, Minnesota, Missouri, except for St. Louis, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, except Cleveland and Cincinnati, Oklahoma, except for Tulsa, Pennsylvania, except Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, or any other area which expressly forbids viewing or possession of pornographic material. It is your responsibility to be aware of the law in you area (i.e., You must know if your are in a place in which to download pornography would constitute a violation of any law, rule or regulation.). I agree that any and all unauthorized downloading of materials from Pretty Petites, including, but not limited to downloading materials to above mentioned locations shall constitute intentional infringement(s) of Pretty Petites's rights in such materials and constitute a violation of Pretty Petites's personal rights, including, but not limited to rights of privacy.

8. Members username and password must not be distributed to others. This will result in immediate suspension of service. The webmasters of Pretty Petites and our CC Company will/have prosecute any persons that do distribute their information.

9. Pretty Petites has the right to refuse membership to any individual and have the right to cancel a membership. Membership fees are non-refundable.

10. If a current/old member charges back a membership on his/hers credit card we ban the card, name, address, zipcode, and e-mail address. That person will never be able to join another DMR, Epoch, Memberpro or IBill site again.

11. Common areas (such as video chat) should be treated with respect. Do not abuse other patrons and try to get along.

12. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between Pretty Petites and the Member regarding Member's use of Pretty Petites, and all materials directly and indirectly related to Pretty Petites. This Agreement supersedes all other prior representations and may only be amended upon notice by Pretty Petites. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

13. I hereby agree to indemnify Pretty Petites against all costs and liability which result from the illegal use of material found in any site owned by Pretty Petites including but not limited to legal costs and damages.

14. Pretty Petites owns the rights be it through copyright or license agreements to display content of an adult nature for private non-commercial enjoyment.

15. Pretty Petites reserves the right to add/change any of these terms at any time without notification.
